How do I become a Grey Knight Volunteer? The Grey Knight program is an exciting and rewarding experience for Games Workshop Hobbyists. The rewards are many, but the responsibilities are also many. In order to be considered for the Grey Knight Volunteer Program an applicant must meet a set of minimum standards.

	Applicants currently involved with the promotional programs of other companies and/or organizations are not eligible for enrollment in the Grey Knight Program.
	In order to remove potential conflicts of interest, a Grey Knight applicant may not be an employee of Games Workshop, nor may he or she be an employee of a Rogue Trader Independent retailer. (This includes full-time, part-time and seasonal employment.)
	As we deal with many younger hobbyists, it is essential that a potential Grey Knight be prepared to undergo a Background Check.
	All Grey Knights must be 18 years of age or older.
	Grey Knights must be able to organize and run painting clinics, mega battles, tournaments and other activities, for as many as 12-16 hours.
	Members of the Grey Knight Program are required to have their own materials necessary to run introductory events. (This includes but is not limited to rulebooks, playsheets, dice, measuring tapes, painted miniatures, scenery, and more.)
	Grey Knights must have their own scenery for use in their events.
	A Grey Knight must be prepared to commit to performing a minimum of four events per 12-month event season, (June to May of the following year).
	A Grey Knight must maintain e-mail service, and be able to send and receive large (2MB+) files electronically.
