Prize Draw Rules

1. Entry commences February 29th, 2008. To be eligible you must complete the ‘Games Workshop 2008 Annual Customer Survey’ electronic form. The survey period closes March 28th, 2008 at 11.59pm.

2. Prize claimant must be a resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in the province in which he/she resides. In the event a person under the age of majority is drawn as a winner, they are permitted to have a parent or legal guardian claim their prize upon proof of identification.

3. Employees of, members of immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of Games Workshop or of participating Rogue Trader stores are not eligible to participate. “Immediate Family” is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.

4. By participating in this draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of Games Workshop, which are final. Winners will be required to sign a standard declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded as well as a publicity and liability release.

5. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash except as specifically provided herein. Prizes may not be exactly as shown in promotional materials. In case of unavailability of any prize, Games Workshop reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Each winner will be notified and will receive their prize from Games Workshop Canada. All registration entries will become the property of Games Workshop Canada and no correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners. Winning entries will receive notification by e-mail by April 4th, 11.59am, 2008. If after three attempts we are unable to contact the winner then Games Workshop will redraw that entry.

7. By claiming a prize, prize claimants consent to the use of their name and/or photographs, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Games Workshop.

8. Games Workshop is not responsible for the lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries.

9. Winners release Games Workshop, prize suppliers, shipping companies and all subject employees from any liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize and acknowledges that Games Workshop, prize suppliers, shipping companies and all subject employees have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. In Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

11. To receive a list of winners, send a postage paid, self addressed envelope within 3 months after April 4th, 2008 to ‘Roll Call’ – Winners List” c/o Games Workshop, 2679 Bristol Circle, unit 3, Oakville Ontario, L6H 6Z8.

13. Each draw monetary value estimated at $130.00 CND.

14. Winners will be decided by a random draw of all the submitted eligible registrations at Games Workshop Head Office. The Draw for all prizes will be made at 12.00pm, April 4th, 2008.
