Hello Everyone!

Did you see my cool plane!

Well I’ve been very busy. I had some vacation time, and I got so much finished. Jordan had some vacation time also, I think he got a warlock painted….

It is now crunch time for Jordan, and the many other paint or die participants who have yet to finish a measly 1700 points.

I’m finished!

1700pts of Dark Eldar done by the half way point. Since its only mid October and I already beat Jordan in painting  his measly 25 models, I’ve decided to pull the rest of the Dark Eldar out from under my bed and get started on another 1700 point army. This will expand my force to Apocalypse scale, and it gives me an excuse to paint a cool plane!

This week I was somewhat distracted by the new Baneblade! Wow what an awsome model. Anyways I put my dark eldar aside and worked on it. I don't play guard but as most know, I have a huge Ork army, so I converted my baneblade kit into a Skull Hammer.

Well first of all I must say to Jordan, that I wouldn’t be working on my stuff at work if he actually sent me some bits orders for me to process!

Anyways, my painting is going pretty good, I got all my minimum troop choices done, and my Scourge squad, and a reaver jet bike squad. That’s right I’ve been very busy. I only have two more units of reavers to do and my HQ choices. That’s right I save the best ones till last.
Using foundation paint has made this so much easier. I’m trying something very interesting, a new paint with a classic. Necron Abyss with an extreme highlight of Lightning blue (that’s right, classic). It looks very good, and the models really pop on the battle field.
