When you sign up as an account with our Trade department, you are effectively becoming part of the Games Workshop retail family. This partnership will provide you with many tools to help you sell our product within your store, including the support of our knowledgeable Trade Representatives. You can also decide how much support within your store you wish to give to our product by choosing either to become a Stockist or Partner Account. What is the Difference?:

Stockist Account:

  • A stockist account is someone who simply wants to stock and sell Games Workshop products with the minimum of fuss

  • The Games Workshop Starter Range is built for the stockist account - It is built with our best selling plastic core products - On average the Starter Range should turn over 5 to 6 times a year



Partner Account:
  • A partner account is someone who wants to get more from the Games Workshop range of products

  • A partner account will eventually carry a larger range of Games Workshop products than a stockist account

  • A partner account is looking to become the focal point for the local hobby community in his/her area

  • A partner account is looking to run; official tournaments, painting classes/competitions and a whole lot more

How do I Become a Games Workshop retailer:

  • Fill in the registration details here and it will automatically be sent to us

  • The New Accounts Manager will call you to discuss your application

  • The start up order most suited to your business will be agreed upon and dispatched
Ordering:
  • Games Workshop has a very flexible ordering policy

  • Orders are placed with your account manager via phone, e-mail, or fax

  • The majority of our products are sold as singles, this helps control the risk of overstock at your store

  • We want you to simply re-stock up to your agreed upon product range - Starter Range, Extended Range, Full Range etc

  • This helps to keep your stock turning over and offers continued availability of core products to your customers

  • All monthly re-stock orders are shipped free Where applicable

  • Your Account Managers will assist you with ordering, as well as informing you of the latest releases and strongest selling points

  • We suggest that you always have some New Releases on hand – This will create buzz amongst your regular customers and make your store a destination point for hobbyists
Shipping:
  • All monthly re-stock orders are shipped free Where applicable

  • Shipping fee = $10 flat rate per order

  • Orders above $800, are always shipped free
Credit:

  • We offer on approved credit - 60 days net, on opening terms  - 30 days net ongoing – With $4,000 in credit available

  • Payments can be made by credit card (no transaction fee) or check.
