The Imperial Guard is the most diverse fighting force in the known galaxy. It's ranks are swelled with billions of soldiers from millions of worlds. There is no standard uniform for the Imperial Guard, their appearance and fighting styles are as varied as the worlds they originate from.

The upcoming Codex: Imperial Guard contains rules that will allow you to customize your army to fit the fighting style you envision. Want to field an army of Guardsmen in Carapace Armour? Want deadly close-combat specialists? All this and more can be done with the "Regimental Doctrines" rules found in the new Imperial Guard Codex.

These new rules are so cool that everyone in the Canadian Studio has begun raising their own regiments of Imperial Guard. This web article will allow you to watch these armies take form right before your eyes. As progress is made on the armies these pages will be updated with new pictures and hobby articles, you can watch as our skilled hobbyists pull out their hair trying to finish their regiments on schedule.

The challenge? Build and paint an entire 1700 point Imperial Guard army in 16 weeks.
