In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with your order please contact us via the methods below and we will acknowledge your communication within 3 days. At that time we will give an indication of how we will resolve the issue and the time scales involved. We aim to resolve all such issues within 10 working days.

Our Direct Services team are trained to deal with all customer service issues and calling them is the quickest way to resolve your problem. Call them at 1-888-498-7655. The lines are open from 9 am to Midnight on Monday to Friday and 10 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.
