Q. My country is not listed in the dropdown list.

The countries are listed alphabetically, with Canada at the top. If you cannot find your country in the list please e-mail us.
Q. There are no products in my basket when I get to the checkout.
A.
This is because you have cookies disabled in your browser. The store uses cookies to "remember" what you have added to your cart. If your browser does not have cookies enabled your order will be blank. Please consult your browser’s help files for details of how to enabling cookies.
Q. How much is postage?

Q. Where are all the Archives?
A.
We prefer to call these special models either Collector's or Classic models. Classic models are old models that have been replaced by newer versions, but can still be used on the tabletop. Collector's models no longer have rules in the game but make fine additions to any collection.

Many of our older models are no longer available. The moulds have worn out and the original models (called greens) have been lost, however we do still have an extensive range of these older models. At the moment the number of these models we have available isn't very large.  However by the end of 2003 we will have all the Collector's or Classic models that we have available in the online store.
